LEGAL PRACTICE BILL TO REPLACE THE ATTORNEYS ACT
The Attorneys Act of 1979d will in future be replaced by a Legal practice Act. On this page we highlight certain aspects of the new proposed legislation and provide a link to the full text of the bill as well as the website of the Deparment of Justice and Constitutional Development Portfolo Cpommittee which has for some time considered the act.
