Statutory Law Societies 

The current Attorneys Act provides for four regulator type law societies. By the very nature of our profession, all our members are also members of these law societies.

The Kwa-Zulu Natal Law Society pages can be found at https://www.lawsoc.co.za  

The Law Society of the Northern Provinces can be found at www.northernlaw.co.za   

These Law Societies strive for unity and to this extent have some time ago formed the voluntary association known as the Law Society of South Africa. Its pages can be found at www.lssa.org.za 

 

The Fidelity Fund is a statutory fund created by the attorneys profession to protect the public. Its pages can be found at www.fidfund.co.za
